Нижние венцы через определенный период эксплуатирования приходят в непригодность и требуют замены. Для этих случаев актуален один вопрос: как поднять деревянный дом?
Пригодность венцов
Перед тем как приступить к замене сгнивших элементов деревянной конструкции необходимо определить количество непригодных к эксплуатированию венцов. Глухой звук в результате простукивания бревен подтверждает их плохое состояние. Определить непригодность венцов можно также с помощью шила – в прогнившую древесину оно входит на большую глубину.
Второй этап реставрационных работ предполагает подготовку новых бревен. Они должны соответствовать параметрам (длине и толщине) старых деревянных элементов. Далее о том, как поднять большой деревянный дом.
Подъем жилой постройки
Для выполнения поставленной задачи, как правило, используют гидравлическое оборудование. В данном случае это домкрат. Чтобы в результате поднятия жилая постройка не перекосилась, внутренняя отделка не повредилась, несущую конструкцию необходимо усилить. Для этого на каждую стену прибивают в горизонтальном положении по две доски.
Использование одного домкрата предполагает постепенный подъем, то есть сначала поднимают угол дома, подставляют опору, затем повторяют манипуляцию по всему периметру здания. Однако данный способ может привести к порче имущества и к разрушению жилого строения. Целесообразнее осуществлять поднятие дома одновременно в нескольких точках.
Домкраты устанавливаются на предварительно подготовленные площадки под бревна. Рядом с гидравлическим оборудованием ставят опору. В результате поднятия дома бревно должно выйти с чашек нижних венцов. Главные правила, которыми нельзя пренебрегать:
- подъем должен быть плавным (за раз не более 15 см);
- соблюдение техники безопасности.
После того, как сруб установили на опорные столбы, производят выемку прогнивших бревен. Замену окладного венца начинают с разборки верхней части фундамента. Далее с одной стороны конструкции подготавливают угловые соединения первого венца путем их спиливания. Установку второго бревна осуществляют с подкладкой. Таким образом, зная, как правильно поднимать деревянный жилой дом, можно самостоятельно реставрировать нижнюю часть здания.
