Фанерная плита – удивительное изделие, фактически это первый многослойный лист из древесины. Ее выпускают уже больше 100 лет и по-прежнему находят новые области использования: и в строительстве, и в производстве отделочных материалов, мебели, упаковки, музыкальных инструментов и так далее. Сфера применения определяет требуемый формат листа, а наличие огромного количества заводов – цену.
Фанерная плита представляет собой слоистую панель, сформированную из склееных между собой нескольких пластов лущеного шпона. В смежных слоях наблюдается взаимно перпендикулярное расположение волокон, что обеспечивает материалу высокую прочность и устойчивость к атмосферным перепадам.
В качестве сырья чаще всего используется береза (техническая древесина). Реже – хвойные породы (сосна, ель, лиственница, пихта и другие). Пласты между собой проклеены термореактивными синтетическими смолами, а лист формируется под давлением и при повышении температуры. Такая технология давно зарекомендовала себя, поскольку полученный продукт имеет хорошие характеристики по прочности и надежности, не расслаивается и не разрывается.
Промышленность диктует свои условия, поэтому были разработаны основные правила производства, классификация и стандартный размер листа фанеры. Различают продукцию:
1. По сфере применения: техническая и декоративная. В первую категорию относят строительные, промышленные, упаковочные, мебельные и конструкционные плиты. Во вторую входят изделия, облицованные финишными текстурированными пленками или лаком (ДФ-1 – ДФ-4).
2. По степени обработки: НШ (нешлифованная), Ш1 (отшлифованная с 1 стороны), Ш2 (шлифовка с обеих сторон), ЛФ (ламинированная).
3. По марке: ФК (невлагостойкий лист, склеенный карбамидным клеем), ФСФ (влагостойкая фанера, проклеенная фенолформальдегидной смолой), ФКМ (изделие повышенной влагостойкости на основе меламиноформальдегидных соединений).
4. По сорту: Е (экстра), 1, 2, 3 и 4. Сортовой лист различается по количеству дефектов на внешних слоях шпона.
5. По классу эмиссии формальдегида: Е1, Е2 и Е3. Фанера первого вида наиболее безопасная, последнюю же рекомендуется применять только в промышленных направлениях.
В каждой разновидности свои характеристики. Базовая – габариты, в соответствии с ГОСТ 3916.1-96 размеры фанеры определяются следующим образом:
- Длина – 1,5, 1,525, 1,8, 1,83, 2,44, 2,5, 3, 3,05 м.
- Ширина – 1,2, 1,22, 1,25, 1,5, 1,525, м.
- Толщина – 3-30 мм. Наиболее востребованы 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 и 18 мм.
На крупных заводах можно заказать не типовой стандартный размер, а нужный именно клиенту, причем как в малых, так и больших партиях.
Размерная линейка
Важность такого показателя, как толщина фанеры, трудно переоценить. От сечения плиты зависят характеристики изделия (прочность, модуль упругости, теплопроводность и другие), а также область использования. Для того чтобы было понятнее, рассмотрим подробнее на примерах.
1. Фанера любого размера – это, прежде всего, конструкционный материал. Его прочностные свойства и толщина зависят от количества слоев. Наименьшая в 4 мм получается из 3 пластов склеенного шпона. Применяется для производства тары, музыкальных инструментов, декоративного покрытия, игрушек и многого другого. При этом размер листа подбирается таким образом, чтобы при раскрое осталось как можно меньше отходов.
2. В строительстве и отделке используются плиты толщиной от 6 мм и более. К примеру, для изготовления инженерного массива наилучшие характеристики демонстрирует пяти- или семислойная 6-миллиметровая фанера крупных габаритов. Заводы по производству напольных покрытий обычно для своих целей заказывают нестандартные листы, размер которых по длине составляет 6 м, по ширине – 3 .
3. Для внутренней отделки (выравнивание стен, потолка, подшивка подкровельного пространства, возведение перегородок) применяется фанера сечением 8-12 мм. Разумеется, более тонкие предназначены для потолочных работ, более толстые листы – для вертикальных ограждающих конструкций. Размер выбирается, исходя из высоты или ширины помещения. Востребованы 1,22×2,44, 1,25×2,5 или 1,5×3 м.
4. Для формирования сухой сборной стяжки тонкие листы не подойдут. Оптимальная толщина фанеры, укладываемой на лаги или непосредственно на основание – 14-18 мм. Либо формируется двухслойная конструкция из листов сечением 8-10 мм, которая монтируется с перехлестом швов. Такой пол – идеальная основа под паркет, пробковое клеевое покрытие и другие виды. Подходит эта толщина под паркетную доску, ламинат и другие напольные материалы, укладываемые плавающим способом.
5. Для рулонных или плиточных средств для пола (ковролин, линолеум, ковровая или виниловая плитка) предпочтительно выбирать однослойное основание, жестко фиксируемое к перекрытиям или каркасу. Допускается утепление под стяжку, толщина для пола по лагам – 18-22 мм.
6. Для опалубочных работ стандартный лист не подходит. Плита должна иметь водостойкую облицовку – пленку или лак. Размеры ламинированной фанеры для опалубки или монолитного строительства выбираются индивидуально в соответствии с проектными данными.
7. Нередко фанерными панелями обшивают так называемые каркасники. В качестве крепежа используются дюбель-гвозди или саморезы в зависимости от материала каркаса. Стандартный лист хорошо держит метизы, поэтому дополнительные крепления (скобы, анкеры) не требуются.
Фанера выпускается огромным количеством отечественных и зарубежных предприятий, включая Канаду, Китай и США. Несмотря на устойчивый спрос, конкуренция на этом рынке жесткая, поэтому цены за стандартный шлифованный и нешлифованный лист различаются незначительно. Отличается лишь стоимость листа фанеры с внешней декоративной отделкой – ламинированием, лакированием и т.п.
В магазинах можно купить и экзотические разновидности фанерных плит – большие скинали для финишной отделки рабочих зон на кухне или в ванной. Встречаются листы, покрытые шпоном ценных пород дерева для стен и потолка. Их стоимость на порядок выше обычных, но мы их не будем рассматривать, так как это штучный товар.
