Однако в отличие от натуральных, синтетические изделия лишены главного качества – экологичности. Сегодня всем требования, предъявляемые к внутренней отделке, всецело отвечает блок хаус.
Особенности отделки дома блок хаусом
Для преображения постройки используют широкий или узкий стройматериал. Первый вариант актуален для облицовки фасадов, второй – для преображения внутреннего пространства. Главным правилом технологии монтажа отделки на стены является правильно выбранное время для проведения работ. Все дело в том, что любое здание дает усадку, в результате которой отделочный материал может деформироваться. К внутренней отделке приступают только после того, как процесс уменьшения высоты стен завершится.
Основные моменты:
— с целью обеспечения высоких показателей теплозащиты жилого сооружения деревянный сруб конопатят;
— укладка теплоизоляции и гидроизоляции – этап обязательный;
— поверх гидроизоляции сооружают обрешетку из реек;
— промежуточное пространство заполняют теплоизолятором, сверху которого укладывают дополнительный гидроизоляционный слой;
— для того чтобы в интерьере дома блок хаус смотрелся безупречно, необходимо выбрать подходящий способ стыковки – сопряжением или через доску;
— фиксацию стройматериала к стенам осуществляют с использованием клип либо гвоздей. Выбор способа крепления во многом зависит от ширины досок, общей массы и прочих параметров;
— для окрашивания покрытия используют высококачественную краску.
Преимущества и недостатки
Современная технология производства блок хауса предусматривает распилку бревен по уникальной схеме: из внутренней части сырья получают брус и доски, а из наружной – рассматриваемый отделочный материал. Отсутствие отходов значительно влияет на себестоимость готового продукта. Сегодня блок хаус является сравнительно недорогим материалом.
Чем же так хорош:
- хорошие показатели звукоизоляции и теплоизоляции;
- идеально гладкая поверхность;
- прочность, устойчивость к механическим повреждениям, деформациям;
- блок-хаус органично вписывается в интерьер, поддерживая «деревенский» стиль;
- устойчивость к повышенной влажности (не гниет);
- долговечность;
- высокие показатели пожаробезопасности;
- обеспечивает простую и быструю сборку;
- применим как для оформления интерьеров, так и для облицовки фасадов (обновление внешнего вида постройки, защита от атмосферных осадков).
Недостаток – высокая вероятность скопления конденсата под покрытием. Причина проблемы, как правило, кроется в неправильном монтаже.
Средняя цена за отделочные работы составляет 500 рублей за м2. Указанная цифра меняется в ту или иную сторону в зависимости от «комплектации» (пароизоляция, гидроизоляция, обработка антипиреном и прочее) и сложности отделки.
